This is a Great Horned Owl Fledging that is just out of the nest waiting for mom or dad to feed him or her. We live in a senior community and there are two adults that live here with us. Our neighbors were for their eve walk, saw him and called me to come take the picture. Maybe he wanted to learn to ride the bike. It was fun!!!!
