District 8 Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords addressed 400 guests at the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel at the annual State of the District Luncheon Friday April, 11th. Congresswoman Giffords updated attendees to what is happening in congress and on her personal priorities for Arizona.
