Sahuarita 0 vs Palo Verde 1 - Close battle between two conference foes. Unfortunately it ended with poor sportsmanship from one Sahuarita player and their head coach. One of the Sahuarita players refused to shake the hand of PV head coach Jim Mentz and her coach accused Mentz of cheating for regularly substituting players. Coach Mentz will sub his players frequently throughout every game to keep them fresh. All 19 of his girls play. Because another coach doesn't sub, doesn't mean one coach subbing is cheating. He's not subbing the same girls in and out. He subs for all of them. They have a poor example for a coach at Sahuarita.
