This tree of patriotism comes from the division of developmental disabilities of the Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired. It is one of many in the third annual Festival of Trees at Foothills Mall. Each of the several Christmas trees has a theme and is sponsored by a person or organization. Shoppers can buy raffle tickets for the decorated trees. The tickets are $5 each or five for $20. All proceeds go to the Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired. The event runs through Dec. 16.
