Good job, Margarethe. I have such a hard time with photos having such large dynamic range as this one does. My poor little camera just can't handle it well without a lot of PS manipulation. I get the highlights or the shadows...and rarely both.

I have noticed the smaler range of values, too, when I compare the digital camera to my old SLR for slides. It took some getting used to. There is no PS work in this one at all.

This takes my breath away! This should be framed and hung in a place of honor :) I can feel the warmth of the autumn sun.
