Preferred oil for these $250 turkey frying set ups is veggie based and could be put on one's landscape, however if it gets driven somewhere and converted to bio, no problem. Because it should never be put down your drain unless you like to pay $95.00 an hour to clean up stupid decisions.

For those that like to use the recycled oil for their diesel vehicles, it is just as easy to turn the oil into fuel you self in your own backyard vs having to buy it from someone else for two or three times the price. Biofuel can be easily produced and the by-product from producing your own bio-fuel is soap (glycerol)so you save by having your own soap as well. The internet has great sites to show how to do it.

WAAAAAAHOOOOOOOWEEEEE!
A whole 325 Gal. of kitchen grease.
Now to turn that into Bio-diesel will cost a bit. You must have the following.
in addition to the grease
A coffee filter or cloth)
Red Devil Lye (very dangerous)
Methanol (Very Dangerous dry gas methanol)-- automotive racing stores)
Isopropyl Alcohol (for tests-- use 99% IPA)
Eyedropper- or other type of 1 milliliter dropper.
PH paper-- available at drug stores-- to test for acidity
An old blender.
Plastic or glass measuring cups or beakers, with metric measures-- and/or A gram scale
Plastic, glass or stainless stirrers and spoons,
Plastic buckets
Rubber gloves
Safety glasses
Plastic aprons
Plenty of energy for heat.

All to make about 250 gal. of Bio-diesel at a cost of over $3.00 per gallon, not counting the waste producs disposal.
This is a silly article.
Green is an everyday goal not just for the holidays.
