About the Gila Monster

The Gila monster made of random letters was created as an exclusive icon for the Tucson Festival of Books by the Arizona Daily Star's Chiara Bautista and José Merino. It captures the spirit of the Southwest and the power letters and words can have when we let imagination come to life through reading books.

Another crack story from the ADS. Why again are we keeping this rag alive and putting the Citizen to sleep?
