Who invited Heidi and Spencer?

The Pepsi 500 Running Wide Open charity event benefiting the NASCAR Foundation was yesterday at Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles.

The event was hosted by Jeff Gordon and Pharrell Williams of N.E.R.D. A few other celebs came out, including Aaron Eckhart of “The Dark Knight” fame.

Who else was there? Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from “The Hills.” Who the heck invited them?

Hollywood needs to get together and stop inviting them to events. Paparazzi agencies need to stop paying for their staged photo ops. Us Weekly needs to stop putting them on the cover of their magazine. Then maybe they will fade away.

My least favorite picture from the event is Heidi and Spencer talking to Gordon and his wife. Stay away from him!

Someone should tell Gordon that he is far too important to speak to those two.

I managed to get a “Hills” reference into this blog two days in a row. I need help.

  1. The Black guy looks like Spike Lee.

Is that Jimmie Johnson on Jeff’s right shoulder in one of the photos wearing the blue shirt? If so he’s put on the weight.

  2. Haha. That guy does look a little like a chubby Jimmie Johnson.
