A man walked into a South Side bank Tuesday afternoon, presented a robbery demand note and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, authorities said.

The man robbed the Chase Bank in the 700 block of West Ajo Way at 3:45 p.m., said Sgt. Fabian Pacheco, a Tucson Police spokesman.

He did not display a weapon, Pacheco said.

He was wearing khaki colored shorts and a white t-shirt that appeared to have grease on it. He is described as being in his late 20’s to early 30’s and weighing about 210 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
