OK! magazine landed an exclusive interview and photo shoot with Britney Spears’ younger sister, Jamie Lynn, and her baby girl, Maddie Briann Aldridge.

The issue hits newsstands Thursday.

Little Maddie looks like any other newborn baby, but something is up with her Mama. Did OK! Photoshop Jamie Lynn in an effort to make her look older than 17? Her highlights look like streaks of gray and her face looks rather mature for a 17 year old.

I do hope this is the last time we see Maddie Briann on the cover of a magazine. I think we’ve all had enough of the Spears family.

Jamie Lynn and the baby’s father, Casey Aldridge, plan to raise Maddie in Mississippi.

“Around here, everyone has the same focus,” Jamie Lynn told OK!. “The focus is family, and that’s a good way to live.”

The magazine went on to say that Jamie Lynn took parenting classes, had a natural birth with no complications and loves routines.

“We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath,” she said. “Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I’ve worked one out with her, and we’re happy going about our little life.”

At 17, it sounds like Jamie Lynn should be offering Britney some parenting advice.

There was no word on how much OK! paid Jamie Lynn for the exclusive interview and photoshoot. Whatever it was, I just hope the money went into the Maddie Briann college fund and not into a shopping spree at Wal-Mart for ATVs and Cool Ranch Doritos.
