Barbara McCormick, a Tucson Electric Power Co. exec, was the mountain West regional finalist for Executive Women’s Golf Association’s Businesswoman of the Year.
She didn’t get the top prize, but being a finalist meant she was one of 12 nationwide honored for “exemplary business leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and expert business acumen, skills and talent to achieve success both on and off the golf course.”
McCormick is president of the Tucson-Old Pueblo Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association. At Tucson Electric Power, she is the director of credit and capital resources.
