Tucson-based Global Aircraft Solutions, parent of Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, said today that Hamilton has inked two maintenance contracts worth a combined $1 million with two new customers, including Dallas-based Ameristar Air Cargo.
Global Aircraft’s over-the-counter stock was unchanged at 75 cents per share in late trading.

TUCSON, AZ—(MARKET WIRE)—Jul 30, 2007—Global Aircraft Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB:GACF.OB – News) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, Inc., has executed contracts with two (2) new customers. Hamilton will be providing services for Ameristar Air Cargo on its B737-200 and a prominent, corporate operator on its executive B727-100 aircraft for heavy maintenance checks. The total value of the maintenance contracts is projected to be approximately $1,000,000 and will be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2007.
