Blue Jays take Brad Mills in the fourth round06/07/2007 05:37 PM
Ryan Finley The Toronto Blue Jays must really like Brad Mills. The American League East team selected Mills, Arizona’s senior left-hander, in the fourth round (145th pick) of major league baseball’s amateur draft on Wednesday. The Blue Jays have now selected Mills twice. The team tabbed him in the 22nd round of the 2006 draft, but were unable to sign him. Mills returned to school for his senior season, going 9-4 with a 4.41 ERA in 87 2/3 innings. Mills is expected to sign — this time. : UA wins WCWS title |
