Does Sahuarita need more private recreation facilities as are being built in the expanding developments with their private home owner associations?
Or do we need more public parks? How difficult will it be to get popular support for public play areas from those who are already having to pay for private, exclusive facilities whether they actually use them or not?
Should golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools and other play areas be open to anyone who is willing to pay a reasonable users fee?
