Colin Elsberry. Well it’s all over. I marched in the Parade of States for a long time and noticed our AZ props could use some additions! We need more spirit stuff. I was hit by an Idaho spud and then was so sad when I couldn’t find it before we left. My spu-memento disappeared.

I was shocked to win an award I had never heard of, but it’s very special. It is a trip for 2 to Jamestown, VA to be involved in their 400th Anniversary event on Nov. 8-10. The award is only for this year. The national website has more info and materials for teachers at www.nationalhistoryday.org
